It really is like a Pepe Le Pew cartoon. The Frenchman asks the girl: "Do you want to dance, Miss?"
She responds, "I'm not that kind of girl, you darned frenchman!"
(It loses a little in translation...)
It's directed by Oliver Kuntzel and Florence Deygas who also did the 'Catch me if you can' credits.
