interesting that the meter mark on the envelope says that Expo 67's last day will be Oct. 27 1967. Did they change the calendar?

The Bureau Internationale d'Expositions (BIE) have strict rules governing world's fairs.
World exhibitions of the "universal" category are supposed to last exactly 6 months. In this case, it would have been Friday the 27 of October, 1967.
Expo management had to ask for special permission to close on a Sunday: October 29, 1967.
Wow. There are so many questions that have since become incredibly illegal to ask both on an application and during an interview. Height, weight, marital status, physical impairment...
