St-Hubert BBQ?!? Really? Wow!
Pretty cool, huh?
I'd vote for The Indian pavillion. As a kid I remember trying Naan bread there for the first time..it sure beat Wonder bread!
Brucer
There were so many great eating establishments at Expo, however the one that stands out for me was located I believe in the Atlantic Providences Pavillion. They were building a sailboat in the front of the pavillion, the restaurant was located in the rear overlooking the St Lawrence River and the Montreal skyline. Great food!
The Atlantic Provinces pavilion restaurant was so popular, a restaurant named "Le Pavillon de l'Atlantique" was opened in Montreal.
